Guys, we have some interesting news to share -- it seems the TVS Fiero brand name is set to make a comeback in India. Now, why do we say that? Well, because as the title indicates, the two-wheeler manufacturer has registered the 'Fiero 125' name in India. This news, in turn, has triggered rumours about the Fiero brand's return. Now, time for a quick lesson for those unacquainted with the TVS Fiero: The Hosur-based company sold TVS Fiero and TVS Fiero F2 bikes in India during the 2000s. This was at a time when TVS and Suzuki were involved in a partnership here.
But there is another factor that lends credence to the rumours that the TVS Motor Company may be preparing to bring the Fiero brand back in India. You see, ever since TVS Phoenix 125 was discontinued in India, the two-wheeler manufacturer's portfolio has felt the absence of a model to close the gap between the 110 cc and 150 cc bikes. And let's not forget that the 125 cc segment is a volume driver too.

At the moment, the nation's 125 cc motorcycle market fields models such as the Honda Shine, Hero Glamour 125, Bajaj Pulsar 125, and Honda SP 125. So, TVS Fiero 125 is likely to offer the company yet another shot at this lucrative segment. However, all of this is pure conjecture at thus point since TVS has offered absolutely no clue or confirmation that it is indeed developing a new bike in India.
Considering the fact that TVS hasn't even let on if it is working on a new bike or a 125 cc new bike, it is a given that we don't have a TVS Fiero 125 launch date in India. But if we were to guess, we would say the upcoming TVS bike in India will be launched here next year.
